That awkward space between reality and reality television.

I hear a lot of talk these days about a "New Years Revolution." Now this concept makes little sense to me. First of all, I don't really have anything to revolt against...I tend towards the pacifist side of the spectrum. Secondly, revolution usually just results in the repression of people who were formerly opressed. Or vice versa. And someone is probably depressed in there too. But I digress.
So, I would like to introduce a new concept. Instead of a New Years Revolution I would like to offer my personnal list of New Years Resolutions. Perhaps if each of you shares a resolution on how you intend to better yourself next year on the tag board, this idea will catch on and soon everyone all over will be making New Years Resolutions. Here I go:
1. Find a job.
2. Learn to cook something.
3. Get a life.
4. Go to Honduras.
5. Improve on my Oscar Prophecy percentage (currently at 50%)
6. Update Possum Holler weekly.
7. Write the play that has been in my head for the last 3.5 years.
8. Start writing a book.
9. Find a real job.
10. Beat Duke.
11. Receive an award.
12. Confuse the enemy.
13. Read more books.
14. Thwart the Communists.
15. Entertain the masses.
Until next year...
